What is your return policy?

All items are warranted in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy except for The Professional Pole Saw (PS1, PS2 and PS3) which is guaranteed by us (since we are the manufacturer) for a period of one year. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days.

Returns must be called in first to obtain a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number please call (913) 492-1628. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.

How safe is it to use a credit card to buy products from you?

Because we want to make your shopping experience as safe as possible, we use PayPal to process all of our credit card orders. Here is PayPals security features:

How do I get in touch with someone if I have a problem with an order?

(913) 492-1628. We will call you back within 24 hours and resolve any problem you may be having.

How will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship your order promptly (usually within 24 hours) and to have it arrive at your door in good condition. We ship via FedEx Ground which normally takes 2-3 days to anywhere in the continental U.S. Orders for export and for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional shipping charges and make take a little longer to get to you.
